Lynda has over 20 years of experience in people management in highly competitive, commercial and changing environments.  She has been a Company Director for a FTSE 100 Company with annual revenues of over £1.5 billion.  She is experienced in coaching, training, pensions and pay.  She has worked with clients such as Gazeleys and BAA.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
