Liz set up Realization in 2003. She works with individuals, teams and organisations to achieve the potential that they want.

Prior to setting up Realization, she worked as a consultant and was also the HR Director for the HayGroup UK. In her consulting work, she specialises in the implementation of change strategies by working with individuals and teams to support business and HR processes. She also helps executives to implement change through 1:1 executive coaching and the training of coaches. Clients included Unilever, Barclays, American Express, Philips, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Bank of Montreal and BNFL.

In her role as Director of HR, she was responsible for providing leadership in implementation of best HR practices within HayGroup and developing new approaches to people management to keep HayGroup at the forefront of this area.

Prior to working at HayGroup, Liz worked as an independent consultant concentrating on delivering sustainable change through leadership development and executive coaching. Clients included GlaxoWellcome, Lilly Industries, AAH, Tarmac, DePuy International, Henley Management College and Derbyshire Health Authority.

Before this Liz worked in Sales, Marketing and Human Resources at Glaxo Pharmaceuticals. Much of her work there was concerned with Organisational Development (e.g. coaching to increase self awareness and learning, setting up learning sets).

Initially, Liz worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS and for two years managed the acute rehabilitation services for Salford Area Health Authority.

MBA from Henley Management College (1995)
In addition Liz has accreditation for MBTI, Emotional Competency Indicator and is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP
