Kate EverallKate has been helping organisations with people projects for the last 12 years. She has a practical commonsense approach to consulting, recognising that ‘business as usual’ is important even during periods of change. She specialises in change and internal communications, but also has a very wide experience across a range of projects including performance management, organisation development and management development, and has frequently been involved in analysing and auditing existing organisational practices. Kate is also co-author of a book on performance management and a contributor to several magazine articles. She is an experienced project manager and line manager, with an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. She is also an accredited NLP Business Practitioner and qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
